Finally, reliable dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs are available! Over the past several years at Light Bulbs Etc, Inc., we have tested several dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs by several different manufacturers. We came to the conclusion that the technology was not yet adequate, so as a company we made the decision not to carry an inferior product. As a result of this decision we lost a great deal of business to our competitors, but we feel it is of the utmost importance to be confident in the products we sell and stand behind them 100%.

We are happy to announce a new line of dimmable compact fluorescents by NEPTUN LIGHT, INC. After extensive research and testing, not only have these dimmable compact fluorescents met our stringent criteria, they have far surpassed our expectations.

Features and Benefits

• Neptun dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs are dimmable in a range of 100%-10% using ordinary dimmers (Neptun states that their dimmable compact fluorescents will work with any dimmer manufactured after 1995).
• New, patented flicker-free analog dimming system. Previously, dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs would flicker as they dimmed.
• Reliable start at the lowest setting. Previously, dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs needed to be started and warmed up at their highest setting before dimming.
• Color temperature of 2850K matches incandescent bulbs. These dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs look like incandescent light bulbs.
• Neptun dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs are available in a wide range of shapes and wattages.
• Dimmable compact fluorescents by Neptun will operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -20C to +60C.
• Many Neptun dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs are ENERGY STAR rated.
