Halogen PAR Lamps
It's Time To Stock Up On PAR Lamps Before They Disappear Forever!
Beginning in July 2012, light bulb manufacturers will no longer be allowed to produce traditional halogen PAR lamps (the indoor/outdoor floods with metal bodies and heavy glass). The manufacturing ban applies to all PAR lamps of 50 watts or more. A new, and more efficient, halogen PAR technology will be available, but they are 2.5-3 times the price. Light Bulbs Etc, Inc. has purchased a large supply of traditional PAR lamps in anticipation of the manufacturing ban, so stock up now before they disappear forever.
