The weather is hot, your light bulbs don’t have to be...

Light Bulbs Etc, Inc. announces a new indoor/outdoor COMPACT FLUORESCENT (CFL) product designed to replace HALOGEN PAR LAMPS.

Advantages of CFL Par Lamps over traditional Halogen Par lamps:

  • Energy Savings: Uses approximately 25% of the wattage, while generating the same amount of light (for example, a 23 watt CFL Par Lamp gives the equivalent amount of light as a 90 watt Halogen Par Lamp).
  • Less Heat: Generates approximately 25% of the heat. Fluorescent lighting is extremely efficient, as the vast majority of energy is converted to light
    instead of heat.
  • Long Life: CFL lamps last 3 times longer than halogen bulbs (8000 hours vs. 2500 hours).
  • Appearance: Looks just like traditional par lamps, with thick flat glass in front, and heavy metal construction.
